TOPIC: Royal Commission into Violence, Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with a Disability
The Disability Royal Commission was established in April 2019 in response to community concern about widespread reports of violence, abuse, neglect and the exploitation of people with disability. This seminar will discuss the Royal Commission’s terms of reference, the work the Royal Commission has undertaken to date, the role of lawyers in the Royal Commission and how to get involved with the Royal Commission’s work.
