TLC considers training as an important component of professional development. TLC offers many opportunities for its volunteers for their continuous learning.

TLC also plan to conduct MCLE Mandatory Continuing Legal Education programs from time to time and these programs will be held generally in Western Sydney and during weekends. This enables practitioners to participate in the programs easily with out the pressure of their week-day commitments to the courts and the clients.
